📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs that align with the organization's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Implement and evaluate learning programs to ensure they meet the organization's objectives.,Collaborate with various departments to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions.,Provide leadership and guidance to learning and development team members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Report on the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
