📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the customer base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the local market and industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
