📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and innovative designs for various printing projects, including brochures, banners, packaging, and more.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that meet their expectations.
• Work with our internal teams to ensure designs are print-ready and meet technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software tools to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide design support and training to junior team members.
• Contribute to the development of our brand identity and marketing materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the digital printing industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of print production processes and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
