📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensuring that all stores meet sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Implementing and monitoring sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.,Training and developing store staff to improve performance and productivity.,Conducting regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute store-specific marketing initiatives.,Managing store budgets and ensuring that expenses are controlled and aligned with company policies.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing retail stores.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in retail management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
