📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end loan processing for our Motogadai platform, including application review, approval, disbursement, and collection
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential risks to mitigate defaults
- Prepare and maintain accurate loan documentation and records
- Conduct regular reviews of loan performance and provide reports to management
- Assist in the development and implementation of loan policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams on loan operations
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in loan operations, pawn finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of loan processing systems and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and industry standards is a plus
