Marketing Supervisor - Residential Projects

Wahana Adidaya Bangun is seeking a dynamic Marketing Supervisor for Residential Projects to lead our marketing efforts in Pacet, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will oversee a team of marketing professionals, develop and implement marketing strategies, and drive sales for our large-scale housing developments. As a Marketing Supervisor, you will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our marketing campaigns are aligned with our business goals. You will be responsible for creating and managing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Google Ads. You will also conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and analyze marketing performance to make data-driven decisions.

• Lead a team of marketing professionals in developing and executing marketing strategies for residential projects.
• Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads, using Adobe Creative Suite and Google Ads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze marketing performance data to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with business goals.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with potential customers.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing teams and driving sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with construction and real estate industry is a plus.
