📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Promoting and selling motorcycle tires to local customers.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.

Setting and achieving sales targets.

Providing excellent customer service and support.

Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.

Reporting sales performance and providing regular updates to the sales manager.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of the local market and customer base.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with sales software and tools.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to travel and work in different locations.
