📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.,Oversee the construction process to guarantee that structural elements are built according to design specifications.,Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and reports prepared by junior engineers.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to ensure the quality and safety of construction projects.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural engineering aspects into overall project design.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Maintain and update project documentation, including design drawings, calculations, and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of structural analysis software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Familiarity with building codes and standards, including Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and International Building Code (IBC).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
