📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the COO in managing the day-to-day operations of the advertising agency.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Prepare and maintain administrative documents, including contracts, reports, and presentations.,Manage the COO's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.,Support the COO in preparing for client meetings and presentations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.,Provide administrative support for the COO's travel arrangements and logistics.,Maintain and update the COO's files and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role in an advertising agency or similar industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with advertising industry practices and trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
