📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the cashier in handling customer transactions, including scanning items, processing payments, and providing change.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient checkout process for customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise at the checkout counter.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Follow store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company rules.
  • Assist in any other tasks as required by the cashier or store manager.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or cashier roles (preferred but not required).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with cash register systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
