Apotek Adi Auto Service is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management. If you are passionate about HR and eager to learn, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information about company policies and benefits.,Support the HR team in preparing and distributing payroll-related documents.,Assist in the preparation and organization of HR reports and data.,Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
