📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and performance.,Assist in the creation and updating of training materials and manuals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure all training activities are aligned with company goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development of training schedules and budgets.,Provide support to the Training Manager in managing training resources and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience with training software and tools is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
