Lead and manage a team of equity capital markets professionals, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the team's success.,Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the equity capital markets space.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, both internally and externally.,Oversee the execution of equity capital markets transactions, from initial contact to final closing.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to drive the team's success.,Collaborate with other teams within Macquarie Group to ensure seamless integration and execution of equity capital markets strategies.,Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.,A minimum of 10 years of experience in equity capital markets, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian capital markets and regulatory environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.,A deep understanding of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and M&A.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of equity capital markets professionals.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
