📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees, and milk-based drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Ensure high-quality coffee standards by following brewing techniques and quality control procedures.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Manage inventory and restock coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the coffee shop to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and new products to offer innovative and exciting drinks to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality coffee and service.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and software, such as La Marzocco, Breville, or similar brands.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the coffee industry.
