📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day management of the medical center, ensuring all operations run efficiently and effectively.,Oversee the scheduling and coordination of medical staff, ensuring optimal coverage and patient care.,Manage and monitor the medical center's budget, ensuring financial stability and compliance with financial regulations.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and smooth operation of the medical center.,Provide leadership and guidance to the operational team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
