📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring all dining areas and equipment are spotless.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued.
• Stay updated on menu items and special promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and pricing.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 kg with ease.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and politely in both languages.
