In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the pharmacy, ensuring financial stability and growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the pharmacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
