Camp Smart Abadi is seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing various engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent project management skills, and a passion for innovation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, design, and oversee the execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.,Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.,Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and provide technical support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or similar roles.,Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.,Proven experience in project management and leadership.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards is a plus.
