📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and soft drinks.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and serving stations.,Interact with customers to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience.,Follow all food and beverage safety regulations and guidelines.,Assist the head bartender with inventory management and ordering.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and work hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
