Salon Nanda Shop is looking for a motivated Junior Personalia Staff to join our team in Ubud. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, benefits, and leave requests.,Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies.,Provide administrative support to the HR manager, including preparing reports and attending meetings.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field (preferably in HR or administrative roles).,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
