📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure all aspects of the banquet are covered.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.,Handle client inquiries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet menus, ensuring they are appealing and meet dietary requirements.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve banquet operations.,Prepare and present banquet reports, providing insights into event performance and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using banquet management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs.
