📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food service.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.,Train and mentor Demi Chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food ordering and storage.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
