📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians, ensuring they are trained and performing their duties effectively.,Perform and oversee various laboratory tests, including but not limited to, blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic procedures.,Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of test results, and take responsibility for any errors or discrepancies.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, and ensure it is in good working condition.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.,Train and mentor new employees, and provide ongoing support and development to your team.,Participate in quality assurance activities, such as audits and reviews, to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.,Collaborate with other departments, such as medicine and nursing, to ensure seamless and efficient patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as laboratory science, biology, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different departments.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines, such as those issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.,Ability to use and interpret laboratory data and results, and to make informed decisions based on this information.
