📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the assigned outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and ensure timely restocking.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing retail outlets and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
