📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities,Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential customers,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports,Train and mentor sales team members,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Strong communication and negotiation skills,Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities,Familiarity with sales software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
