📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create high-quality graphic designs for real estate listings, marketing materials, and branding projects.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure designs align with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall creative vision of the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on luxury real estate and branding.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing high-end real estate and branding projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
