📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the technical implementation of Murex financial platform solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.,Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from initial assessment to go-live and post-implementation support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop customized solutions that address complex business challenges.,Conduct technical training and workshops for clients and internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of Murex solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Murex product updates to drive innovation and continuous improvement.,Act as a subject matter expert for Murex solutions, providing technical expertise and resolving complex issues.,Participate in sales and pre-sales activities, contributing to the development of technical proposals and solution design.,Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in financial services, particularly with Murex or similar financial platforms.,Strong technical skills in Murex, including knowledge of Murex products, modules, and configurations.,Proven experience in leading and managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.,Familiarity with financial services industry regulations, standards, and best practices.,Certifications in Murex or related technologies are a plus.
