📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
