📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging chemistry lessons tailored to the needs of Olympiad participants.
• Develop and update comprehensive study materials, including textbooks, workbooks, and online resources.
• Provide personalized mentorship to students, offering guidance and support to help them excel in chemistry competitions.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students to track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other trainers and educators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in chemistry education and incorporate new teaching methods and resources.
• Organize and participate in chemistry workshops, seminars, and training sessions for both students and fellow educators.
• Represent Prestasi Cendekia Education at local and national chemistry education events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching chemistry, preferably in an Olympiad or competitive environment.
• Strong knowledge of chemistry principles, including organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Classroom.
• Experience in designing and conducting chemistry experiments and demonstrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional qualification.
