📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and edit manuscripts for French, Japanese, English Literature, and STEM content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to editorial guidelines.
• Collaborate with authors, illustrators, and designers to refine and improve educational materials.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and formatting across all publications.
• Provide constructive feedback to authors to help them improve their work.
• Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality books.
• Maintain a deep understanding of educational trends and best practices in the field.
• Conduct quality checks and make necessary revisions to meet editorial standards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in educational publishing and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in English, French, Japanese, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in editing, particularly in educational publishing.
• Strong command of French, Japanese, and English with excellent grammar and vocabulary skills.
• Familiarity with STEM content and educational materials.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and educational publishing software such as Adobe InDesign and QuarkXPress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
