📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow and profitability.
• Lead a team of accountants, financial analysts, and bookkeepers, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor and manage the company's financial risks and ensure internal controls are in place.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
