📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Work with the branch manager to identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track branch performance.
• Train and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
