As a Building Technician at ISS Global, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. You will work on a diverse range of properties, from luxury resorts to commercial offices, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and safely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on building systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Document all maintenance activities and inspections using our in-house software.
• Ensure the safety of the building and its occupants by adhering to all safety protocols.
• Participate in on-call duties to address urgent maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following our company's health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Building Technician or similar role.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire safety systems (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in Bali.
• Experience with maintenance management software such as ServiceMax or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
