As a Finance Executive / Senior Executive, you'll be responsible for managing AP processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices, and maintaining our fixed asset register. You'll also be instrumental in implementing and enforcing compliance policies, ensuring that our operations adhere to local and international regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Implement and enforce compliance policies, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of AP processes and compliance procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to junior finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and compliance roles, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Certification in financial compliance (e.g., CPA, CFA, or similar) is a plus.
