📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic performance plans aligned with national development goals.
• Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all levels of the organization.
• Lead performance management systems, including performance appraisals and feedback processes.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the board of directors on performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in performance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance management, strategic planning, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving KPIs in a complex organizational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using performance management software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Certification in performance management or strategic planning is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
